REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable

If a rallier cancels their booking up to 30 days before the rally commences, then all

monies less deposit will be refunded.

If a rallier cancels their booking after 30 days but before 7 days of the rally commencing,

then monies less deposit and minus any costs incurred will be refunded.

If a rallier cancels their booking 7days or less before the rally commences. No refund will be paid, unless this is due toserious medical condition or similar circumstances
